摘要/Abstract

摘要： 继发性肢体淋巴水肿是乳腺癌和妇科恶性肿瘤术后常见并发症之一，组织纤维化是淋巴水肿重要病理改变，也是判断淋巴水肿严重程度和治疗效果的重要观察指标。肢体淋巴水肿组织纤维化主要通过水肿间接评估和仪器直接评估，治疗方法包括综合物理治疗、烘绑疗法、冲击波治疗等。

Abstract: Secondary limb lymphedema is one of the common postoperative complications of breast cancer and gynecological malignant tumor. Tissue fibrosis is an important pathological change after lymphedema. It is also an important index to judge the severity and therapeutic effect of lymphedema. Tissue fibrosis can be evaluated indirectly from lymphedema or directly with instruments, and treated with comprehensive exercises, Heating and Bandage, and shock wave, etc.
