运动观察疗法对脑梗死后上肢运动功能的效果

摘要: 目的 研究基于镜像神经元理论的运动观察疗法对脑梗死患者上肢运动功能的效果。 方法 2016年6月至2017年6月,61例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(n = 30)和观察组(n = 31)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以运动观察疗法,共治疗8周。分别于治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分、改良Ashworth量表和改良Barthel指数进行评定。 结果 治疗后,两组上述指标均较治疗前改善(|t| > 2.651, P < 0.05),观察组改善程度优于对照组(|t| > 2.048, P < 0.05)。 结论 运动观察疗法可进一步改善脑卒中患者的上肢运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of action observation training based on mirror neuron system on motor function of upper extremities in stroke patients. Methods From June, 2016 to June, 2017, 61 stroke patients were randomly assigned to control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 31). They all accepted routine rehabilitation, and the observation group received action observation therapy in addition, for eight weeks. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities, modified Ashworth Scale and modified Barthel Index before and after treatment. Results All the indexes improved in both groups after treatment (|t| > 2.651, P < 0.05), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (|t| > 2.048, P < 0.05). Conclusion The action observation training may further improve the upper extremity motor function in stroke patients.
