近10年康复护理研究热点可视化分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析近10年康复护理领域国内外研究热点和前沿。方法检索Web of Science和中国知网近10年(2009年至2018年)康复护理相关文献，通过CiteSpace V软件分析时间、国家、机构、研究热点和前沿，绘制可视化图谱。结果和结论近10年，国内外康复护理研究数量均呈上升趋势；数量最多的国家为美国(893篇)，中国居第7位(117篇)。国外领先研究机构为加拿大多伦多大学，中国为四川大学华西医院。研究热点方面，国内外共现脑卒中、生活质量，但中国对患者远期康复效果关注较少。国外对康复护理的研究已从医院扩展到社区和疗养院，服务对象从住院患者扩展至老年人和成人。2016年出现较多的关键词为心血管疾病，可能为康复护理研究新的发展方向。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the domestic and foreign research hot topics and research fronts of rehabilitation nursing in recent ten years. Methods The literatures about rehabilitation nursing were retrieved from the databases of Web of Science and CNKI, from 2009 to 2018. The visualization maps were drawn with CiteSpace V software to analyse time, country, institution, research hotspots and fronts. Results and Conclusion The number of rehabilitation nursing studies both at home and abroad increased. USA published the most literatures (893) in the world, and China ranked the seventh (117). The most leading research institute was University of Toronto (Canada) in the world, and West China Hospital (Sichuan) in China. China and other countries all focused on stroke and quality of life, but less focused on long-term outcomes of rehabilitation in China. The research fronts in the foreigns extended from hospitals to communities and nursing homes, and the subjects of service extended from inpatients to the adults and old adults. The key word emerged in 2016 was cardiovascular disease, indicating a new developing hot topics.
