电针预处理脑保护作用机制研究进展

摘要: 电针预处理可减轻脑缺血后神经缺损程度,发挥脑保护效应,机制可能涉及调节内源性大麻素系统、抑制兴奋毒性、抑制氧化应激、抑制内质网应激、抑制炎症反应、保护血脑屏障、抑制细胞凋亡和调节自噬等多个方面。

关键词: 缺血性脑卒中, 电针预处理, 脑缺血耐受, 脑保护, 综述

Abstract: Electroacupuncture preconditioning can alleviate the nerve defect after cerebral ischemia injury, induce cerebral ischemic tolerance and exert the certain protective effect on brain, which may be involved in regulating endocannabinoid system, inhibiting exitotoxicity, inhibiting oxidative stress, inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress, inhibiting inflammatory response, protecting blood-brain barrier, inhibiting apoptosis and regulating autophagy, etc.
