摘要:
β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)斑块沉积、神经纤维缠结和神经炎症反应是阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病的重要病理特征,小胶质细胞膜受体是介导神经炎症反应、促进Aβ清除和信号传导的关键结构。与AD相关的小胶质细胞膜受体包括髓细胞触发受体2、Toll样受体、补体系统和清道夫受体等。
