本研究综述智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动现状、测量方法、影响因素及干预方法等,发现智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动水平较低,健康状况不容乐观;提高智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动水平需要个体、家庭和社会的共同努力;现有的体力活动干预方法有效性有待进一步探讨。聚焦智力障碍儿童青少年的健康诉求,深入分析体力活动与健康指标间的量效关系,探索行之有效的体力活动干预模式将是今后的研究方向。
