近5年经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中的可视化分析

摘要:

目的 对近5年经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中相关研究的现状、热点及前沿进行可视化分析。

方法 检索2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日Web of Science 核心合集数据库中经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6 软件进行可视化分析。

结果 年发文量逐年上升,发文量最多的作者是Abo Masahiro,发文量最多的国家是中国,发文量最多的机构是中山大学。热点关键词为大脑皮质、功能性磁共振成像、皮质兴奋性、可塑性等。突现强度排在前5位的关键词依次为单侧空间忽略、脑卒中后、神经性疼痛、皮质可塑性、经胼胝体抑制。

结论 经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中相关研究的热度逐年上升,未来可关注经颅磁刺激对单侧空间忽略、神经性疼痛等的治疗效果,可进一步研究经颅磁刺激对皮质可塑性的影响。

Abstract:

Objective To visually analyze the current status, hot spots and frontiers of the researches on transcranial magnetic stimulation for stroke in recent five years.

Methods Literature related to transcranial magnetic stimulation for stroke were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, and a visualized analysis was performed using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.

Results The number of published papers increased year by year, the most prolific author was Abo Masahiro, the country with the largest number of articles was China, and Sun Yat-sen University published the most papers. The hot keywords were cerebral cortex, functional magnetic resonance imaging, cortical excitability, plasticity, etc. The top five keywords of bursting strength were unilateral spatial neglect, poststroke, neuropathic pain, cortical plasticity, and trancallosal inhibition.

Conclusion The popularity of studies on transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of stroke is increasing year by year. In the future, attention can be paid to the therapeutic effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation on unilateral spatial neglect, neuropathic pain, etc. Additionally, the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation on cortical plasticity can be further studied.
