目的 了解强制性运动疗法(CIMT)在康复领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势。
方法 检索2000年1月至2022年10月中国知网和Web of Science关于CIMT在康复领域应用的文献,采用 CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件,绘制作者、机构、国家、关键词、突现词等知识图谱。
结果 共纳入1 165篇文献,其中中文文献359篇,英文文献806篇。中英文文献年度发文趋势总体一致,经过快速增长后,呈现波动趋势。英文文献中,各机构间合作较多,但地域有局限性。中文文献中,各机构存在合作不足的问题。研究主要集中于CIMT在不同疾病中的应用,CIMT对运动功能的改善,CIMT联合其他疗法的应用以及CIMT的相关机制研究。近年中文文献突现关键词有改良强制性运动疗法、脑卒中偏瘫、临床疗效和重复经颅磁刺激;英文文献突现关键词有transcranial direct current stimulation、non-invasive brain stimulation、unilateral cerebral palsy。
结论 CIMT在康复领域的研究处于稳定发展期,该疗法联合非侵入性脑刺激或将成为未来的研究热点。
