摘要:
目的 分析帕金森病疼痛相关研究的热点和前沿趋势。
方法 检索自建库至2023年11月中国知网、维普、万方、CBM和Web of Science核心合集收录的相关文献,采用CiteSpace进行可视化分析。
结果 共纳入文献926篇,其中中文293篇,英文633篇。中文高频关键词有生活质量、睡眠障碍、抑郁等,英文高频关键词有nonmotor symptom、quality of life、levodopa等。中文最新突现词为发病机制,英文最新突现词为exercise和management。
结论 帕金森病疼痛相关研究呈上升趋势,其疾病特征、发病机理、生活质量、康复干预、临床疗效等方面已成为研究热点。深入探讨帕金森病疼痛的作用机制,构建科学有效的康复管理方案,将成为未来研究趋势。
