目的 基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版)》(ICF-CY)分析评估学龄期儿童基本运动技能量表的内容结构特征和心理测量特性。
方法 检索建库至2025年7月PubMed、Science Direct、Web of Science、Embase、PsycINFO、中国知网和万方数据库中有关学龄期儿童基本运动技能评估量表的文献。采用ICF-CY链接分析评估量表内容;使用COSMIN RoB工具评估纳入文献涉及量表的心理测量特性,再采用GRADE进行证据质量评价。
结果 最终纳入29篇文献,涉及6种评估量表,包括布尼氏动作熟练度测试第二版(BOT-2)、加拿大灵敏与运动技能测评(CAMSA)、儿童身体协调测评(KTK)、儿童运动发展测评第二版(MABC-2)、基本运动能力测试(MOBAK)和粗大动作发展测试第三版(TGMD-3)。与ICF-CY链接,所有6个量表均关注了关节活动功能(b710)和关节稳定功能(b715),其中5个量表还涉及手和手臂使用(d445)。链接条目5~11项,BOT-2与TGMD-3均关联11个条目,覆盖较全面;BOT-2侧重于身体功能维度的评估,而TGMD-3更侧重于活动和参与维度,尤其关注手部功能在日常活动中的表现。偏倚风险评级TGMD-3 A级与B级均占50%,偏倚风险最低;MABC-2 C级占比最高(55.6%),BOT-2次之(33.3%),偏倚风险均高。GRADE证据质量评价结果显示,TGMD-3证据质量高,KTK为中级,BOT-2和CAMSA为低,MABC-2和MOBAK为极低。
结论 TGMD-3链接ICF-CY条目广、心理测量特性数据好且证据质量高,可作为学龄期儿童基本运动技能评估首选工具;KTK证据质量中等,可作为次选,但国内使用需谨慎。CAMSA虽操作简便,但信效度证据质量低,仅建议用于课堂快速筛查。BOT-2虽链接ICF-CY条目较多,但偏倚风险较高,证据质量低。MOBAK和MABC-2证据质量极低,暂不推荐。
