经皮射频热凝颈脊神经后支治疗颈性头痛的研究

摘要： 本文报道采用经皮选择性射频热凝颈脊神经后支治疗颈性头痛的方法及临床疗效分析。选择16例颈性头痛的患者，其中男性9例，女性7例，均经物理治疗、中西药物治疗效果不佳后应用此方法治疗。经皮穿刺将射频针刺入损伤的颈脊神经后支处，射频热凝阻断颈脊神经后支。16例患者中有13例取得明显的治疗效果。提示经皮射频热凝颈脊神经后支是颈性头痛一种有效的治疗方法。本文还对颈性头痛的病因及此种治疗方法的治疗机理进行了探讨。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to observe the neuromechanism and clinical effects of percu-taneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation cervical rarmi dorsales for the patients with headache of cervical origin. 16 patients were selected for the present study.Excellent result was obtained in thirteen cases.It is suggested that there was a close relationship between the injury of the cervical rami dorsales and headache of cervical origin,Radiofrequency thermocoagulation cervical rami dorsales plays a positive role in the treat-ment of headache of cervical origin.
