摘要： 本文报告应用酚注射治疗15例肌痉挛患者的临床观察效果。疗效满意，说明酚注射具有解痉效果，有高度选择性、副作用小、费用低等优点，有临床应用价值。

Abstract: Fifteen patients with spasticity were treated by phenol blocks. The results are satisfactory.Phenol blocks has the advantages of high selectivity,few side-effects and low cost. The anthor recommends that phenol blocks could be used in clinical antispasticity treatment.
