摘要: 比较12例完全性同向偏盲在定向动态彩色光刺激治疗前后临床视觉功能检查和脑SPECT局部脑血流感兴趣区测定结果,表明定向动态彩色光刺激治疗同向性偏盲有效,并能促进同向性偏盲患者视觉功能障碍的康复,其作用机理在于通过多种视觉刺激信息激活视网膜、中脑及杭叶区有关神经组织,增加局部脑血流量,提高局部脑电活动水平,达到脑功能重组的目的。

Abstract: Comparison of rCBF SPECT imaging and clinical visual function of 12 cases with complete homonymous hemianopia (CHH) were taken before and after a course of oriented dynamic color photic stimulation (ODCPS ). It was suggested that ODCPS in patients with CHH was an effective met hod for increasing visual field and improving visual function. Cerebral metabolic patterns of increasing rCBF reflected the mechanism of ODCPS effecting the patients with CHH. The rgtinal- midbrain-occipital visual path way may play an important role in mediating the increase of visual field and restoration of visual function.
