摘要: 一些相同的受体和配体共同存在于免疫系统和神经系统内,成为免疫物质在脑内产生效应和神经介质在免疫系统中发挥作用的基础。巨噬细胞和小胶质细胞在脑损伤及脑可塑性中起重要作用。它们的迁移、活性及其释放的细胞素,直接影响了各种脑损伤局部的环境,决定了是否有利于神经元的再生。

Abstract: The most Cytokines are found to be produced and functional in both of immune systemsand nervous system, which become a foundation of interaction between nervous and immune system.Macrophage and microglia may play an important role in the study of CNS injury and regeneration.
