WS-频谱治疗仪照射对大鼠癫痫模型软脑膜微循环血流量的影响及其治疗作用

The therapeutic effect of frequency spectrum equipment of the rat epilepsy model and the influence on the pia microcirculatory blood flow volume

摘要: 远红外频谱治疗仪照射注射士的宁引起的大鼠癫痫模型大椎穴前后,观察用激光微循环血流计测量的软脑膜局部微循环血流量及癫痫症状的变化,发现模型大鼠+频谱治疗后软脑膜微血流量明显增加(P<0.05~0.01),癫痫症状改善,发作时间推迟,抽搐次数减少及每次抽搐持续时间缩短,甚至有的不发生癫痫。频谱仪照射减轻大鼠癫痫症状,可能与改善大鼠脑微循环血流量有关。

Abstract: The epilepsy symptom and the pia microcirculatory blood flow volume (PMBFV) were investigated in epilepsy rat model induced by strychnine and the changes after treatment by using faradized frequency spectrum therapeutic equipment were observed. The epilepsy symptom was improved and the PMBFV increased after treatment. The convulsion seizure time was delayed, the seizure frequency and convulsion time were reduced, and the epilepsy even was not appeared in some cases. Results suggested that this improvement might be related to the change of PMBFV.
