中枢神经细胞培养中电刺激的实验研究

摘要: 目的了解电针刺激对神经细胞的影响。方法 1日龄Wistar大鼠脑神经细胞体外原代培养4天,第5日起分为4组:第1组为空白对照组,第2组为放置电极对照组,第3组为低电量刺激组 (脉冲幅度:连续波形80mA,频率20Hz),第4组为中电量刺激组(脉冲幅度:连续波形120mA,频率20Hz)。每天电刺激2次,每次30分钟,共7天。第10天开始显微镜下观察其与对照组在神经细胞形态上的变化。结果电刺激可以使神经细胞的突起有趋向性延长和连接。结论在神经细胞的培养过程中,电刺激对神经细胞生长具有一定影响。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the influence of electrical stimulation on nervous cells.MethodsOn 5th day the brain primitive nervous cells of rat brain, in vitro culturing, were divided into 4 groups, in order of control group, electrical pole control group, low stimulation group, and high stimulation group. The cells were stimulated with electro-acupuncture apparatus for 7 days, 30 minutes once, twice a day. On 10th day, the cells were observed microscopically for 3 days and taken photos.ResultsElectrical stimulation is helpful to raise the survival rate of cell.Conclusions Electrical stimulation influences morphological change of nervous cells during culturing.
