摘要： 目的分析胼胝体损害的临床表现。方法对1例胼胝体多发性腔隙性梗死患者的临床表现进行分析。结果与结论该患者的主要临床表现为:左侧肢体观念运动性失用、运动开始困难征、左上肢拮抗性失用、左侧肢体画图不能,康复训练效果好。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the clinical feature of the impairment of the corpus callosum.MethodsThe clinical feature of a case with corpus callosum infarct was retrospectively analysed.Results and ConclusionsThe major clinical feature including: left lateral limb ideomotor apraxia,initial motion difficulty,left upper limb diagonistic apraxia,left lateral limb drawing difficulty.
