摘要： 目的观察脉冲电磁场(PEMF)治疗系统对I型骨质疏松症患者的近期疗效。方法用国产Union 2000PEMF治疗系统对16例I型骨质疏松症患者做脉冲电磁场治疗,疗程60天。对比治疗前后患者骨密度和腰背痛改善情况。结果1疗程后,所有病例的疼痛症状均消失,骨密度有所增加,但与治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论脉冲电磁场治疗系统不失为一种较好的治疗I型骨质疏松症的方法。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) treatment system on post -menopausal osteoporosis.Methods16 patients with post-menopausal osteoporosis were treated by Union-2000 PEMF Osteoporosis Trea tment System. The bone mineral density (BMD) and grades of lumbago were measured before and after the treatment.ResultsAfter one p eriod of the treatment, BMD had increased in a field of no statistic significanc e (P>0.05) and lumbago died away in all cases.Conclusions PEMF treatment system is likely to be a practicabl e therapy for post-menopausal osteoporosis.
