口服强的松缓解紫杉醇所致关节痛和肌痛疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察卵巢癌患者化疗时口服强的松对紫杉醇引起的关节痛和肌痛的缓解效果。方法选择54例卵巢癌患者,年龄范围56—72岁,平均年龄(60.45±4.8)岁。采用6周期化疗方案。在前3个周期,患者服用镇痛剂止痛;后3个周期加用强的松,疼痛时仍服用镇痛剂。强的松使用方法为:紫杉醇输入完成24小时后开始口服。评价疼痛的频次、镇痛剂的使用情况、疼痛程度和活动受限。结果在后3个周期口服强的松后,疼痛频次显著减少,镇痛剂的使用显著减少,疼痛程度显著减轻(均P<0.001),活动受限显著改善(P<0.05)。结论口服强的松可以预防紫杉醇治疗时产生的严重不适感。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of oral prednisone to relieve paclitaxel-induced arthralgia and myalgia in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods6 courses of paclitaxel chemotherapy were applied to 54 patients with ovarian cancer, aged 56—72 years, mean age (60.45±4.8) years. In the first 3 courses the patients used analgesics only. For the following 3 courses, oral prednisone was used to relieve their pain and by this time patients continued to use analgesics, if needed. Pain frequency, analgesic usage, pain severity, and limitation of mobilization were evaluated.ResultsSignificant decrease in pain frequency, analgesic usage, and pain severity were observed in the last 3 courses during which oral prednisone was given(P<0.001), as well as mobilization improved(P<0.05).ConclusionsPrednisone can decrease discomfort symptoms and analgesic usage following treatment with paclitaxel.
