轻度认知障碍患者脑脊液Tau蛋白及β淀粉样蛋白水平检测的意义

Significance of detection of Tau protein and β amyloid protein levels in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with mild cognitive impairment

摘要： 目的研究轻度认知损害(MCI)患者脑脊液Tau蛋白和β淀粉样蛋白(β amyloidProtein,Aβ)的含量及其诊断意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测32例MCI患者和15名健康对照者脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ1-42 的水平。结果MCI组患者脑脊液中Tau蛋白浓度高于正常组,Aβ的浓度低于正常组 ,两者差异均有显著性。 结论检测脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ的浓度可以作为MCI的诊断和治疗提供依据。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the levels of Tau protein and β amyloid protein(Aβ) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) and their significance of diagnosis. MethodsSensitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were performed to detect the CSF levels of Tau protein and Aβ in 32 patients with MCI and 15 healthy controls. ResultsSignificant elevation of the level of Tau protein and decrease of the level of the Aβ were observed in patients with MCI compared with healthy controls.ConclusionThe assays of the CSF Tau and Aβprotein levels can provide valuable biological marker for the diagnoses and treatment of MCI.
