摘要： 目的探讨健康教育对风湿性心脏病患者的临床意义。方法对46例风湿性心脏病患者在实施健康教育前后的健康状况和生活质量状况进行对照分析。结果实施健康教育使患者各种不健康行为明显减少,生活自理能力明显提高(P<0.01)。结论对风湿性心脏病患者实施健康教育可明显改善其生活质量,促进其康复。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of health education for patients with rheumatic heart diseases. MethodsThe health state and life quality of 46 patients with rheumatic heart diseases were analyzed before and after health education.ResultsHealth education could lessen unhealth behavior of patients obviously and improve remarkably their ability of daily life(P<0.01).ConclusionHealth education for patients with rheumatic heart diseases can improve their life quality remarkably and promote their recovery.
