浮针治疗腰三横突综合征的疗效观察

Effect of floating acupuncture on the processus transverses of vertebrae lumbales Ⅲ syndrome

摘要： 目的观察浮针治疗腰三横突综合征的效果。方法将40例腰三横突综合征患者随机分为浮针组20例和常规组20例,治疗前及治疗后15 min1、d和7 d应用目测类比定级法(VAS)对疼痛进行评估。结果浮针治疗后15 min疼痛已开始减轻(P<0.05),常规组在治疗1周后疼痛减轻(t=2.554,P<0.05)。与常规治疗比较,浮针治疗在治疗后15 min(t=2.623,P<0.05)及1 d(t=2.351,P<0.05)止痛效果显著。结论浮针对腰三横突综合征有良好的治疗效果。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of floating acupuncture on the the processus transverses of vertebrae lumbales Ⅲ syndrome.Methods40 patients with the processus transverses of vertebrae lumbales Ⅲ syndrome were divided into the floating acupuncture group (20 cases) and the traditional group (20 cases). The pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment.ResultsCompared with traditional treatment, the floating acupuncture can relieve pain rapidly after 15 min and 1 d of treatment. ConclusionThe floating acupuncture shows preferable clinical curative effect to patients with the processus transverses of vertebrae lumbales Ⅲ syndrome.
