国产阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

摘要： 目的探讨国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法70例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和氯氮平各35例,于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)测试。结果阿立哌唑组的疗效与氯氮平组无显著性差异,但认知和阴性症状因子分的改善优于氯氮平组(P<0.05);主要不良反应为轻度头痛、焦虑和失眠等。结论阿立哌唑是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物,特别在改善认知功能和阴性症状方面有较好的疗效。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in treating schizophrenia with clozaping as control.Methods70 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the experimental and control group with 35 cases in each group.The effectiveness and safety were evaluated with positive and negative syndrome scale and treatment emergent symptoms scale before and at the ends of week 1,2,4,6,and 8 after starting treatment respectively.ResultsThere was no significant difference in effectiveness between two groups.However,the score reduce rates about cognitive factors and negative symptoms of the aripiprazole group was better than that of the clozaping group(P<0.05).The main side effects in aripiprazole group were mild headache,anxiety,insomnia and etc.ConclusionAripiprazole is an effective and safe neuroleptic,specifically in improving cognitive function and negative symptoms.
