摘要: 目的观察健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者早期疗效的影响。方法将入组患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组除用抗精神病药物常规治疗配合一般护理外,给予系统健康教育干预;对照组只给予药物治疗配合一般护理。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行评价。结果健康教育干预前,观察组和对照组量表因子分无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组BPRS总分、PANSS分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对首发精神分裂症患者实施健康教育能提高疗效。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the short-term effect of health education intervention on the recovery of new schizophrenia patients. Methods82 patients were randomly divided into observation group, in which patients accepted routine antipsychotic medication, general nursing and system health education intervention, and control group, in which patients accepted antipsychotic medication and general nursing. Brief psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) were used to assess the effects. ResultsThere was no difference in the score of every factor before intervention (P>0.05), but it became different after intervention (P<0.01 or P<0.05). ConclusionHealth education intervention can improve the effect on schizophrenia.
