摘要: 目的探讨医院内医学康复与教育康复相结合的新模式。方法组织跨专业人员对126例脑瘫患儿进行评估和观察,制定包括医学康复、教育康复、家庭康复及营养喂养等的综合康复方案并实施。结果接受教育康复的患儿在智力、社会适应、交流意愿、思维品质等方面有明显提高,在医学康复中表现得更配合。结论跨学科合作、实施个别教育、应用音乐治疗、家庭参与是医学康复和教育康复成功开展的条件。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the new rehabilitation model of medication combined with education of cerebral palsy.MethodsThe cross-professionals were organized to assess and observe 126 children with cerebral palsy. Then, individual education plan (IEP) combined with medication, family, feeding was made and performed.ResultsAfter educational rehabilitation, the children with cerebral palsy got improvement in intellection, social adaptation, communion aspiration, thinking and etc. They became more cooperated in medical rehabilitation.ConclusionInterdisciplinary cooperation, IEP, participation of parents are the conditions for success of medical rehabilitation combined with education.
