镍-钛记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢长斜形和长螺旋形骨折的临床观察

Effect of Nickel-Titanium Shape Memory Alloy Embracing Internal Fixer on Long Spiral or Oblique Fracture: 23 Cases Report

摘要： 目的报道镍-钛(N i-Ti)记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢斜形和螺旋形骨折的临床效果。方法23例四肢斜形、螺旋形骨折患者,骨折常规切开复位后,分别用N i-Ti记忆合金环抱器进行内固定。术后随访9～34个月,根据骨折愈合时间、关节功能及患肢外形、功能评价治疗效果。结果所有骨折均于术后4～16周达到临床愈合;无骨不连、感染等并发症;无环抱器断裂、脱出现象。骨折愈合优良率达91.3%。结论N i-Ti记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢长斜形和长螺旋形骨折效果良好,值得推广应用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nickel-titanium(Ni-Ti) shape memory alloy embracing internal fixer on oblique or spiral fracture.Methods23 cases with spiral or oblique fracture accepted internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing.The time of bone healing,articular function,the appearance and function of the wound extremity were evaluated after 9～34 months follow-up.ResultsAll fractures healed in 4～16 weeks after operation.None infection,nonunion,embracing emersion or break had been found. The fine rate was 91.3%.ConclusionThe effect of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing internal fixer on long spiral or long oblique fracture is satisfactory.
