低频振动对成骨作用的影响

摘要: 应力是调节骨生长与重建的重要因素,低频振动是软科学刺激之一,具有良好的促进骨形成作用,其成骨效果受振动频率、方式、强度影响。低频振动促进骨形成作用的机制可能与细胞膜离子通道、整合素-细胞骨架复合体激活促细胞分裂剂活化蛋白激酶途径、第二信使调节RANK-RANKL-OPG轴有关。

Abstract: Mechanical loading provides an anabolic stimulus for bone. Low frequency vibration is a kind of mechanic stimulus, which can promote osteogenesis in certain frequency, mode and intensity. The osteogenesis promotion of low frequency vibration may be associated with the membrane ion channels, integrin-cytoskeleton complex triggering mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal and second messengers regulating RANK-RANKL-OPG axals.
