紫外线并特定电磁波治疗压疮疗效分析

摘要： 目的探讨紫外线并特定电磁波治疗压疮的意义。方法80例105块压疮随机分为紫外线并特定电磁波治疗组和常规治疗组,观察压疮的愈合时间。结果紫外线并特定电磁波治疗组5d内愈合为94.1%,而常规治疗组为40.5%(P<0.001)。结论紫外线并特定电磁波治疗压疮明显优于常规治疗。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave on pressure sore.Methods105 sores in 80 patients were divided into ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave group and the routine group.Healing time for the sores was observed.ResultsHealing rate of pressure sore within 5 d was 94.1% and 40.5% in the ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave group and the routine group,respectively (P<0.001).ConclusionThe efficacy of ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave is superior to routine therapy on pressure sore.
