脑卒中的中西医结合康复疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察脑卒中的中西医结合康复疗效。方法58例患者分为两组:治疗组26例,接受中西医结合康复3个月;对照组22例,接受现代运动疗法3个月。比较患者入院和出院时的Fugle-Meyer评分(FMA)。结果治疗组出院时的FMA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合康复对脑卒中恢复期的功能恢复有良好的促进作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Integrated Chinese-Western Therapy on recovery of stroke.Methods 58 patients were divided into two groups:the treating group including 36 cases who accepted Integrated Chinese-Western therapy and the control group including 22 cases who accepted physiotherapy only.They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) when they were hospitalized and discharged.ResultsThe score of FMA in the treating group was higher than that in the control when they were discharged (P<0.01).ConclusionThe Integrated Chinese-Western therapy can promote the recovery of stroke.
