摘要： 目的观察电针治疗对早期康复急性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法75例急性期脑卒中患者随机分为电针治疗组(38例)和对照组(37例),两组患者均常规行药物治疗加早期康复,治疗组增加电针疗法。分别于治疗前及治疗后以神经功能缺损评分(NFI)、简式Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、修订Barthel指数(MBI)评定两组患者的运动功能。结果治疗后,两组患者的评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),但电针治疗组患者的评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期康复急性脑卒中患者介入电针治疗效果优于单一治疗。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the motor function of acute stroke patients received early rehabilitation.Methods 75 acute stroke patients were divided into the electroacupuncture group(38 cases) and control group(37 cases).All patients of the two groups were given clinical treatment and early rehabilitation,the patients in the electroacupuncture group were added with electroacupuncture treatment.The treatment course was 20 days.The motor function of all patients was evaluated by Nerve Function Insufficient(NFI),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),and Modified Barthel Index(MBl) before and after treatment.Results The motor scores of all patients in the two groups significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).While, the scores of the cases in the electroacupuncture group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture on acute stroke patients is better than only early rehabilitation.
