凯芬复合舒芬尼术后静脉镇痛效果观察

Postoperative Analgesic Effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Sufentanil through Intravenous

摘要： 目的比较凯芬复合舒芬尼与单纯舒芬尼术后静脉镇痛的效果。方法40例全麻手术患者随机分为A组和B组,各20例。镇痛方法为,A组:凯芬100 mg+舒芬尼100μg+生理盐水共100 ml;B组:舒芬尼200μg+生理盐水共100 ml。观察48 h内疼痛视觉模拟评分及不良反应的发生情况。结果两组患者48 h内的疼痛评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);A组不良反应的发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论凯芬复合舒芬尼术后静脉镇痛效果良好,可减少舒芬尼的用量和不良反应的发生率。

Abstract: Objective To compare the analgesic effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentil and sufentil alone used through intravenous postoperatively.Methods 40 cases under general anesthesia were randomly divided into the group A and group B with 20 cases in each group.The analgesia methods were flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg plus sufentanil 100 μg(diluted to 100 ml with normal saline) in the group A,and sufentanil 200 μg(diluted to 100 ml with normal saline) in the group B.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) for pain and the incidence of side effects within postoperative 48 hours were recorded.Results The VAS scores of two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The incidence of side effects of the group A was significantly lower than that of the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil has a good analgesic effect used through intravenous postoperatively,and can clearly reduce the dose of sufentanil and the incidence of side effects.
