中药蒸汽浴在痉挛型脑瘫患儿治疗中的应用

摘要： 目的观察中药蒸汽浴配合功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法82例痉挛型脑瘫患儿分为治疗组39例和对照组43例。治疗组运用中药蒸汽浴配合功能训练治疗;对照组以功能训练为主。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.6%和65.1%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患儿治疗后的肌张力低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药蒸汽浴能降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine vapor bath combined with function training on children with spastic cerebral palsy(CP).Methods 84 cases with spastic CP were divided into the treatment group(39 cases treated by traditional Chinese medicine vapor bath combined with function training treatment)and control group(43 cases treated with function training treatment mainly).Results The total effect rates were 84.6% in the treatment group and 65.1% in the control group with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The muscle tension of the children in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine vapor bath can reduce the muscle tension of children with spastic CP.
