摘要： 脑卒中是临床常见病,肢体痉挛是脑卒中后的主要症状之一。尽管对脑卒中后肢体痉挛在机理上没有认识彻底,临床评价和治疗还有不尽如人意的地方,但近年来还是取得了一些成绩。

Abstract: Stroke is common clinically and spasticity is one of the main symptoms.There is some advance in recognition of the spasticity after stroke in the basic and clinic,but it remains obscure.
