摘要： 踝关节扭伤处理不当常导致慢性踝关节不稳定。随着足踝外科技术及认识的不断发展,对慢性踝关节不稳定的治疗也出现新的方法和临床长期随访结果,在改善症状、恢复踝关节功能方面显现出积极意义。本文就新的文献报道进行文献综述。

Abstract: The sprain of ankle could result in chronic instability without appropriate treatment.Some new surgeral technique and long-term results of follow-up showed an active effect on the ankle function recovering with the knowledge development of foot and ankle surgery.This review summarized the update report of this problem in recent years.
