摘要: c-fos原癌基因作为即刻早期基因(IEG)的一种,可通过影响转录和翻译控制进而影响学习记忆能力,因此引起了人们的广泛重视,并逐渐被作为学习记忆功能的客观指标之一。作者通过对c-fos原癌基因在学习记忆及运动中前沿研究的综述,以期为该基因在运动生理学方面的应用研究提供参考线索。

Abstract: c-fos, as one of immediate-early gene, affected the learning and memory through influencing the transcription and translation, thereby arousing the extensive recognition and become one of the objective guideline. The author reviewed the newest literature in relation to c-fos gene in learning and memory and exercise in order to provide reference for the application in the exercise physiology.
