摘要： 脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)是老年人脑血管疾病后的常见并发症,严重影响老年人的身心健康。因此,除药物治疗外,要重视PSD患者的功能康复和心理康复,提高患者的生活质量,降低死亡率。

Abstract: Post stroke depression (PSD) is a common complication after senile cerebrovascular diseases. It influences both physical and mental health of the elderly severely. So, the attention should be paid to not only the medical cares but also the function and mental rehabilitation, in order to improve the qualities of PSD patients' lives and decrease the death rate.
