电针枕神经穴治疗偏头痛的效果

Effect Of Electroacupuncture on Migraine

摘要： 目的 观察电针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 60例患者分为电针治疗组30例，采用枕神经穴电针治疗及头维、率谷穴针刺治疗；对照组30例，采用压痛点局部阻滞治疗。对两组临床疗效及治愈时间进行评定。结果 电针组治愈22例（73.33%），显效6例（20.00%），好转2例（6.67%），愈显率93.33%；对照组治愈17例（56.67%），显效5例（16.67%），好转8例（26.67%），愈显率73.33%；两组愈显率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治愈时间电针组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 电针治疗偏头痛疗效满意。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on migraine. Methods 60 patients were divided into electroacupuncture group (30 cases) who received electroacupuncture, and control group (30 cases) who received local nerve block. Results In the electroacupuncture group, 22 (73.33%) cases were cured, 6 (20.00%) cases were obviously improved, 2 (6.67%) cases were improved. While in control group, 17 (56.67%) cases were cured, 5 (16.67%) cases were obviously improved, 8 (26.67%) cases were improved. There was significant difference between these two groups (P<0.05). The time of treatment was less in the electroacupuncture group than in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture is effective on migraine.
