青光眼患者视觉相关生活质量调查及对策

摘要： 目的 了解青光眼患者视觉相关生活质量（VRQL）情况并探讨其对策。方法 眼科检查和问卷调查了解260例青光眼患者的VRQL评分和自我评价并对其进行健康教育。另选100名健康者作为对照。结果 青光眼患者VRQL和自我评价均显著下降（均P＜0.001）；VRQL下降主要表现为暗适应及读写障碍（P<0.05）；健康教育能提高患者自我评价（P<0.001）和VRQL评分（P<0.05）。结论 青光眼患者VRQL显著下降，健康教育可以提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the vision-related quality of life （VRQL） in patients with glaucoma and to explore the intervention. Methods 260 patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) were investigated with questionnaire of VRQL and self-evaluation before and after health education. 100 health adults with similar age and vision was selected as controls. Results There were significant decrease on VRQL and self-evaluation in patients with glaucoma. Systematic health education can significantly improve their VRQL and self-evaluation. Conclusion The in patients with Glaucoma may result in decrease of VRQL， and systemic health education can improve the quality of life.
