螺旋CT引导射频治疗高龄重症三叉神经痛患者的临床效果

摘要： 目的 探讨螺旋CT引导下射频热凝术治疗高龄重症三叉神经痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法 21例年龄大于80岁重症原发三叉神经痛患者经螺旋CT三维重建引导下行射频治疗，评价治疗前后的疼痛程度数字评分(NRS)，记录并发症发生情况。结果 射频治疗后NRS较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)，无严重并发症发生。1例治疗后23个月复发，经再次射频治疗后疼痛缓解。结论 螺旋CT引导下射频治疗三叉神经痛对高龄患者有效、安全。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT on severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients. Methods 21 patients above 80 with severe idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT. They were assessed with numeric rating scales (NRS) and the complication were observed. Results The scores of NRS decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01). No serious complication was observed after treatment. One patient recurred 23 months after operation, and the pain released after radiofrequency thermocoagulation once again. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT is effective and safe for severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients.
