摘要: 细胞凋亡在脊髓继发性损伤过程中起着关键性作用。Bcl-2是一个多基因家族,成员有15种之多,其中Bcl-2、Bcl-xL抑制细胞凋亡,而Bax、Bad、Bak、Bcl-xS促进其凋亡,Bcl-2和Bax是Bcl-2基因家族中最具代表性的基因,其比率决定细胞是否凋亡。近年来国内外通过调节Bcl-2/Bax的比例促进脊髓损伤修复的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Apoptosis play an important role in the process of secondary spinal cord injury(SCI). Bcl-2 is a multigene family, which have fifteen members. Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL can inhibit apoptosis, but Bax, Bad, Bak, and Bcl-xS can promote apoptosis. Bcl-2 and Bax is the most representative gene in Bcl-2 gene family, Bcl-2/Bax determine cells whether goes to die. In this paper, we reviewed the latest developments in Bcl-2/Bax adjustment for SCI.
