摘要： 创伤性颅脑损伤后任何时期都可能出现下丘脑-垂体激素轴的变化，主要是由于下丘脑和垂体原发或者继发损伤所致，何时进行垂体功能检查以及进行激素替代疗法有待进一步研究确定。

Abstract: The change of pitutary hormones can occur in any time after traumatic brain injury, the main cause is primary or secondary impairment of hypothalamus as well as pituitary after brain injury. It is important to further research when to test hormone and to carry on the hormone replacement therapy.
