摘要: 目的探讨教育康复对学龄脑瘫儿童认知能力的影响。方法选取50例学龄脑瘫儿童,采用教育康复方法(常规教学法与特殊教学法)进行康复。康复疗效评价采用儿童功能独立评定量表(WeeFIM)的认知部分,分别于康复前与一个学期康复后进行评价。结果经过一个学期的教育康复,康复前后,WeeFIM评分值比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论教育康复确能提高学龄脑瘫儿童的认知能力。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the education rehabilitation on congnitive ability of school-age children with cerebral palsy.Methods50 school-age children with cerebral palsy received education rehabilitation (conventional teaching methods and special teaching methods). The children were assessed by the cognitive part of Rating Scale (WeeFIM) as functional independence before and 1 term after education rehabilitation.ResultsThere was a significant difference in WeeFIM score for the children between and 1 term after education rehabilitation (P<0.01).ConclusionEducation rehabilitation can improve the cognitive abilities of school-age children with cerebral palsy.
