摘要： 建议脑瘫的定义为：胎儿及婴幼儿期发育中脑的非进行性损伤及缺陷所造成的运动障碍及姿势异常。脑瘫的分类应分为痉挛型（双瘫、偏瘫及四肢瘫），不随意运动型（舞蹈手足徐动型及张力障碍型），失调型（失调型双瘫及单纯性失调），以及混合型（主要为痉挛与手足徐动的混合）。

Abstract: Proposed definition of cerebral palsy(CP) is a group of disorders of the development of movement and posture, that are attributed to non-progressive disturbances that occurred in the developing fetal and infant brain. Types of cerebral palsy are divided into spastic(diplegia, hemiplegia, quatriplegia), dyskinetic(athetotic, dystonic), ataxic (simple ataxia, ataxic diplegia), and mixed CP(primarily spasticity with athetosis).
