摘要: 弥散张量成像(DTI)技术利用组织中水分子的自由热运动的各向异性的原理,并通过特殊的软件处理成像,对大脑白质纤维束的三维几何结构进行研究,重建脑部白质神经连接,可直观地显示脑内病变对白质纤维形态结构直接或间接的影响。本文对DTI在脑卒中患者白质纤维束损伤及预后评估中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) could not only reconstruct of the brain white matter neural connectivity, but also show clearly the brain white matter fiber morphology of lesions, either directly or indirectly, which imaged on white matter fiber tracts in the three-dimensional geometric structure by special software for image on the anisotropic thermal motion of water molecules. This paper reviewed the researches on DTI in the assessment of white matter fiber tracts injury and prognosis in patients with stroke.
