可调式单边外固定器下骨内移位技术治疗胫骨创伤后节段性骨缺损

Traumatic Segmental Defects of Tibia Treated by Internal Bone Transport Using Adjustable Mono-lateral External Fixation

摘要: 目的评价可调式单边外固定器下骨内移位技术治疗胫骨创伤后节段性骨缺损的临床结果以及功能情况。方法分析12例胫骨创伤后节段性骨缺损的病例,缺损长度6~10 cm,均采用可调式单边外固定器下骨内移位技术治疗,根据ASAMI评定标准进行骨修复情况和功能评定。结果所有患者均获得随访,12例患者骨缺损均得到治愈,随访时间平均14个月。骨愈合的时间是9~14个月。结论使用可调式单边外固定器下骨内移位技术治疗胫骨创伤后节段性骨缺损方法简便、创伤小、不需植骨、疗效可靠。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical and functional outcome of traumatic segmental defects of the tibia treated by internal bone transport using the the adjustable mono-lateral external fixation.Methods12 patients who underwent internal bone transport using the the adjustable mono-lateral external fixation for traumatic segmental defects in the tibia were reviewed, the length of bone defect was 6~10 cm.ResultsMean follow-up was 14 months. All the cases got primary bone union. The length of time in healing was 9~14 months.ConclusionTraumatic segmental defects of the tibia treated by internal bone transport using the adjustable mono-lateral external fixation is a simple, less traumatic, non-bone graft and effective way.
