高压氧治疗对持续性弛缓期偏瘫患者肌力及肌张力的影响

Effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen on Muscle Strength and Muscle Tone in Patients with Hemiplegia during Atony Stage

摘要: 目的观察高压氧对持续性弛缓期偏瘫患者的疗效。方法40例偏瘫后持续处于弛缓期的患者,17例采用高压氧配合康复训练治疗,23例单纯康复训练治疗,治疗前后评价患者肌力、肌张力及老年身体移动量表(EMS)评分。结果治疗20次后两组患者的各项评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);治疗后高压氧配合康复训练组的各项评分均较单纯康复训练组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论高压氧能够促进偏瘫患者弛缓期肌力及肌张力的提高,从而加快肢体功能的恢复。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on atony after hemiplegia. Methods40 cases with hemiplegia were divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n=17) accepted hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation, while control group (n=23) accepted rehabilitation only. The muscle strength, muscle tone and elderly mobility scale (EMS) were measured before and after treatment. ResultsAfter 20 times of treatment, the muscle strength, muscle tone and scores of EMS improved in both groups (P<0.01), and was more significantly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). ConclusionHyperbaric oxygen can facilitate the recovery of muscle strength and muscle tone in hemiplegia patients, and improve their motor function.
