摘要： 目的观察功能训练结合中药电熨治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组进行中药电熨治疗，治疗组进行中药电熨加功能训练综合治疗。治疗前后采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表评分。结果两组治疗前后比较，Lysholm评分有显著改善（P=0.000）;治疗组治疗后优于对照组（P=0.013）。结论功能训练结合中药电熨治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of functional training combined with Chinese medicine hot pack-electrotherapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with functional training combined with Chinese medicine hot pack-electrotherapy; the control group was treated with Chinese medicine herbs hot pack-electrotherapy only. They were assessed with Lysholm Knee Scale. ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of Lysholm Knee Scale improved significantly in both groups (P=0.000), and more in the treatment group than in the control group (P=0.013). ConclusionFunctional training combined with Chinese medicine hot pack-electrotherapy is an effective and safe treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
