摘要： 《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)是世界卫生组织发布的核心分类之一。本研究探讨了根据ICF的生物-心理-社会模式建立功能和残疾评定的统一的理论基础和术语系统，以及开发标准化功能和残疾评定工具的理论与方法。

Abstract: International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) is one of core classifications launched by WHO. This paper discussed interactive model of functioning and disability and terminological system based on ICF and approaches of the developments of standardized measurement instruments.
