Effects of Skill-training on Social Function in Patients with Schizophrenia Recession

摘要： 目的探讨技能训练对精神分裂症衰退期患者社会功能的影响。方法将60 例精神分裂症衰退期患者随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组接受药物治疗的同时给予技能训练，对照组只接受药物治疗。分别于干预前及干预6 个月、12 个月后采用住院慢性精神分裂症社会功能评定量表(SSSI)和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行评定。结果干预组治疗后PANSS 评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)；治疗6 个月后，干预组SSSI 评分下降(P<0.05)，对照组分值下降不显著(P>0.05)，12 个月后有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗的基础上，技能训练能有效改善患者退缩的精神症状，保存社会功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of skill-training on social function in patients with schizophrenia recession. Methods 60 patientswith schizophrenia recession were divided into 2 equal groups (n=30) for 1-year treatment. The control group was treated only withdrugs, and the treatment group was treated with skill-training in addition. The patients were assessed with the Scale of Social Skill of ChronicSchizophrenic Inpatients (SSSI) and the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) before, 6 months and 12 months after treatment.Results The total scores of PANSS decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01). The scores ofSSSI decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment. However, there was no significant differences in the control group (P>0.05) 6 months after treatment, but was 12 months after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the medicine treatment, skill-training mayimprove the flinched mental symptom to remain the social function.
