摘要： 血管内皮生长因子在多种疾病的研究中应用越来越多。其中，血管内皮生长因子在脊髓损伤中的应用也受到广泛关注。本文就血管内皮生长因子对脊髓损伤后的作用机制和影响血管内皮生长因子在脊髓损伤中表达的各种因素进行综述。

Abstract: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is widely used in the research of various diseases. And application of VEGF also has drawn many attentions in spinal cord injury (SCI). This paper reviewed the mechanism of VEGF and different factors that influenced the express of VEGF in SCI.
